We will aim to despatch all orders to you within 48 hours of receipt of credit or debit card details, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays. This is subject to credit or debit card clearance and availability of stock.
Orders placed on a Friday or Saturday will not be dispatched until Monday.
Orders placed after 11:30 AM will not be dispatched until the following working day.
All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
We Ship Worldwide and aim to deliver in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. UK and overseas orders are shipped by Royal Mail, DHL or MyHermes for a speedy delivery.
Shipping quotes are approximate for long haul. We may need to contact you for additional postage.
All purchases are insured by us while in transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your parcel, please email us at customerservice@jessimara.com and we will either track your shipment for you or email you a tracking number which can be used on the Royal Mail, DHL or MyHermes websites.
Please order from www.jessimara.com with enough time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as www.jessimara.com cannot be responsible for this.
If your order will not be delivered within the timeframe specified at ordering we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible.
As a security precaution, the parcel will require a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped.
Changes to international charges as a result of Brexit:
Due to changes in international shipping charges, all orders being delivered internationally or to an address in Europe (excluding UK) placed after 31 December 2020 will be subject to taxes and duties. Are shipping costs include delivery with tax and duty - please contact us if you wish to pay these costs locally and we will just invoice for shipping only.
Please Note:
For worldwide shipments going outside the UK customs and duty costs may occur and these charges are to be paid by the buyer.
If you wish to return the item and Jessimara incurs any customs charges to receive this item back for a refund, these charges will be deducted from the refund Jessimara will process.
