This 'Fantastic' Black Pleated Skirt is by HIGH Couture. The 'Fantastic' is a very full, fluid skirt in multiple panels of sun-ray pleated navy technical satin crêpe, semi-sheer navy technical georgette with bands of technical ribbon lace. Satin crêpe is pleated and gathered into a wide stretch elastic waistband with a mini ruffled top edge. The full skirt is constructed in a patchwork of satin and crêpe separated with insets bands of ribbon lace and wide knife-pleated ruffles in satin.
