Shaped fronts have across cut side body panel and darts into the waist with horizontal two-way welt pockets. Embellishment with blue slanted lace appliqué at front. Sightly padded shoulders on inset sleeves which finish in straight to cuffs. Reverse has fit seams from the shoulder to an across back waist back seam that curves down and around to the side front over a full circular cut skirt that falls into handkerchief points to create a full draping peplum hem.
