Delivery - shipping information

Due to Covid_19 shipping dates and times can not be guaranteed. Please contact us individually at or call us on +44 7788 262323 and we will arrange the delivery for you. Thank you!

We will aim to despatch all orders to you within 48 hours of receipt of credit or debit card details, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays. This is subject to credit or debit card clearance and availability of stock.

All orders placed on a Friday or Saturday will not be dispatched until Monday.

All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

We Ship Worldwide and aim to deliver in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. UK and overseas orders are shipped by Royal Mail, DHL or MyHermes for a speedy delivery.

Shipping quotes are approximate for long haul. We may need to contact you for additional postage.

Our Delivery charges are

 - £10 for UK Standard Delivery on orders totalling under £100

- Free shipping for UK Standard Delivery on orders totalling over £100

 - £15 for UK next working day Delivery

 - £20 for EU orders - 2-3 working days 

 - £35 for overseas - 2-3 working days

All purchases are insured by us while in transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your parcel, please email us at and we will either track your shipment for you or email you a tracking number which can be used on the Royal Mail, DHL or MyHermes websites.

Please order from with enough time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as cannot be responsible for this.

If your order will not be delivered within the timeframe specified at ordering we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible.

As a security precaution, the parcel will require a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped.

 Please Note:
For worldwide shipments going outside the UK and EU, customs cost may occur and these charges are to be paid by the buyer.

If you wish to return the item and Jessimara incurs any customs charges to receive this item back for a refund, these charges will be deducted from the refund Jessimara will process.
