Jessimara website terms and conditions, will apply to your purchase of clothing, accessories and/or other goods from the Jessimara website www.jessimara.com. By purchasing Goods from www.jessimara.com you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions. You are advised to read the terms and conditions before making a purchase.
Jessimara makes every effort to ensure that all information on the Website, including description, price, display and colour of Goods, is as accurate as possible. All Goods are subject to availability.

Promotions & Discounts
- Jessimara's terms & conditions are non-negotiable.
- Jessimara has the right to cancel any order.
- Jessimara reserves the right to cancel or change any promotion / discount without notice, at any time.
- Some brands and designers are excluded from promotions / discounts: Unless explicitly stated. Other exclusions may apply.
- All of our promotions will have an expiry date. Please refer to the original promotion information.
- Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Unfortunately promotional codes cannot be applied to previous orders.
While we hope that you will love every purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange. You are entitled to a refund or an exchange if you return your item in perfect condition within 14 days.
The item must be return to us undamaged, unused and in a sale-able condition, together with a proof of purchase, within 14 days of the purchase date and you will be eligible for a credit note or refund. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
We must stress that in order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached and in the original packaging.
All Sale Goods must be returned within 5 days. Please note that the postage charge will be deducted from sale items sent for return.
- Items over £50 will be charged £8.50 for postage (UK only).
- Items under £50 will be charged at £4.40 for postage (UK only).
- Overseas refunds will have the full postage cost deducted.
Final clearance items are non-returnable and final sale.
Goods returned outside of the above timeframes will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
Delivery - shipping information
We will aim to despatch all orders to you within 48 hours of receipt of credit or debit card details, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays. This is subject to credit or debit card clearance and availability of stock.
All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
We Ship Worldwide and aim to deliver in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. UK and overseas orders are shipped by DHL for a speedy delivery.
Shipping quotes are approximate for long haul. We may need to contact you for additional postage.
Our Delivery charges are
- £10 for UK next working day Delivery
- £20 for EU orders - 2-3 working days
- £35 for overseas - 2-3 working days
All purchases are insured by us while in transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your parcel, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will either track your shipment for you or email you a tracking number which can be used on the DHL website -www.dhl.com
If your order will not be delivered within the timeframe specified at ordering we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible.
As a security precaution, the parcel will require a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped.
For worldwide shipments going outside the UK and EU, customs cost may occur and these charges are to be paid by the buyer.
If you wish to return the item and Jessimara incurs any customs charges to receive this item back for a refund, these charges will be deducted from the refund Jessimara will process.
Payment and security
You will be advised by email or telephone if we cannot process your order because either authorization of your payment failed, or if there are any items on your order that are out of stock. We will not provide substitute goods without your agreement.
All payment for Goods and for the cost of packaging and delivery must be made before the Goods are delivered.
Payment online will be made by credit or debit card. Your credit card company may undertake an additional security check to confirm it is you making the order.
The return package is your responsibility until it reaches us therefore we recommend, for security purposes, that you send the package by appropriate recorded delivery that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep a record of proof of postage with tracking number if available.
